Online Event Registration

Registration for your event is constructed to meet the data collection and validation requirements for your event or meeting. Your event and company logo can be included. The look and content is completely customized for you.

The registration process can be self-service, centralized, or a combination of processes. An immediate confirmation is provided upon successful registration and a copy is also transmitted by email of fax.

Self-service reduces the data entry burden because each attendee does their own. The attendee can also change and cancel their registration online. When people are registered for multiple events, all events are available to the attendee when they return to make a change, cancellation, or register for another event.

Centralized registration can be through your own organization or through a third party of your choice. This method grants you the greatest control over the registration process. This can be very effective when company internal rules are being enforced at the time of registration.

Combine the online registration with the online room reservation service to provide your attendees with an integrated solution. They will appreciate entering their information once.

Reports are produced dynamically, providing information that is current at the time of the report request. Reports that are available to meeting planners are determined and created, if necessary, at the time the registration process is designed with the meeting planner.

Online Room Reservations

The online room reservation system can be used for a single property or properties city-wide. Room types are specified for each property. Prices are maintained for each property and room type. Room inventory and prices for the rooms are set for each date. Reports are available to provide current room inventory information. Additional reports include the original rooming list, changes to the reservations, and information about the holder of the reservation.

• People sharing a room can have different arrival and departure dates

An immediate confirmation of the reservation is provided, completing the process of making a reservation. The confirmation is also provided by email or fax. Multiple email addresses amy be used to inform people, such as someone sharing the room, of all activity to the reservation. Reservations can be split among hotels or dates.

Reports are created when requested to provide you with the most current information. The reports are accessed via a control panel used by meeting planners, managers, and agents.

Meeting Planners

Meeting planners will enjoy their single logon. After a meeting planner has successfully entered the system, a control panel allows them to switch among multiple events. This makes it easier to manage multiple events and to access the current information for each event.

Centralized control provides profiles of people under your control. Once they are created, you select the name you want to register or make a room reservation, avoiding entering their information for each action or for each event.

Reports for each event and each hotel for the event are available through the control panel. Logon and manage all of your events and room blocks.
